What is DeliveryCode?

DeliveryCode is a free wish list service for clients who want to hide their address and personal information from the buyer.

How do I sign up for a model account?

Click on the register button and follow the steps. www.deliverycode.com/user/register

Is my name and address safe from the customer?

Yes your name, address, phone number, and email are 100% hidden from the customer. The only thing they will see is your wish list name and username.

Are there fees for using this service?

No the site is free to use however there is a small fee for buying items for credit card processing fees, etc. and for receiving cash gifts which is covered below in the gift vouchers section.

How do I add items to my wish list?

Find the URL of the item you want. Make sure you are logged on and click the my wish list button on the left-hand side and then click the ‘add a product’ button on the right corner of the page.

Can I add items from any website?

Yes you can add items from any website. Please ensure any sites linked ship to you and take US/UK billing. Please note any items shipping to you from outside of your country may incur export duties/taxies upon the items delivery which is the sole responsibility of the gift recipient. 

What happens when a customer buys me a gift?

When a customer orders you an item you will receive an email with the order information and another email when the item is shipped. We process all orders manually through the site linked. The processing and shipping time is different for every store.

Do I get tracking information for all my orders?

We mark the orders shipped when we get a notification but we are not responsible for delivery times nor sending out tracking information per our terms of service. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at help@deliverycode.com for tracking information if you haven’t received any.

What happens when an order is out of stock on the retail site?

When an item is out of stock we issue you DC gift vouchers so that you may purchase another item off your wishlist. (You cannot cash these vouchers out to your bank)

Why are items from my wishlist missing?

Items added to your list that are older than 3 months are automatcially removed to reduce the chances of an out of stock item being bought off your wishlist.

How do I return an item?

To return an item please look for the gift receipt with your package and contact the store directly. If you do not have a gift receipt, please contact us and we will assist you.

How do I buy an item from my wish list with my vouchers?

Visit your Wishlist and click the add button to add any items you want to your cart.

How do I see what was bought for me?

Visit your Wishlist and click the ‘purchased’ tab, you can also see all your orders via your purchases for me page via your dashboard. https://www.deliverycode.com/user/purchases-for-me

How long does shipping usually take?

As stated in our terms of service the shipping depends solely on the retail store the item was bought from and we don’t guarantee delivery.

How does the retail site know the size/color/make, etc. that I want?

When you add an item to your wish list there is a box under the price that says “Product details” Under that is a box for you to fill in your size/color/etc. for each item.

How do I change my username?

I have a problem with my order or my account, how do I contact support?

There are items on my wish list that say they need approval, why is that?

We require each item over $1,000 to be approved manually.

Are there fees for using this service?

There is no fee to the wish list holder but for all orders we charge a DC fee for items ordered that ranges  from 9.5% - 14.5% which covers the cost of our payment merchant and all associated admin cost.

I am adding items in another currency other than USD/GBP, can you convert the prices on my list?

Yes just send us an email- when we order items for you we will issue you the conversions in gift vouchers.

DC Gift Vouchers

What are DC gift vouchers?

DC gift vouchers are on site vouchers that can be used as cash to buy items off your DC wishlist. We issue you these for items we are unable to order. You can spend these on your wish list to buy other items, including giftcards to stores.

What is the Send Cash Gift feature?

Customers can send you cash gifts which you can redeem as DC gift vouchers or to your bank. Rates below.

What is the transfer to bank feature?

When someone sends you a gift via ‘Send a gift’ section on your wishlist you can redeem the vouchers for DC gift vouchers at 100% earnings to buy items off your Wishlist OR redeem to your bank: 80% earnings, Transfers take up to 2 business days for US/CA users and up to 7 business days for other countires. This does not include holidays or weekends.

Is it safe to add my bank?

Yes, your bank info is secured by a token wiht our payment processor and is not visible to us.

What are the bank requirements?

Your bank account needs to accept USD/GBP deposits and ACH transfers. If you are not sure if your bank accepts these please call them to confirm. If you want us to check on your transfer just let us know.

How do I add my bank account?

Before adding your bank, please ensure your full legal name is listed on your profile as this will be connected to your bank. You can do that by clicking the edit button next to ‘my account’ on the left side of your dashboard. After your name is updated you can add your bank here: https://www.deliverycode.com/user/my-bank-payouts

What is a routing number?

 Routing is your bank ID code usually 6-9 digits. Also known as Sort code/BSB. If you have trouble please contact your bank and ask for the required information, contact us if you still have issues adding your bank or receiving payment.

What is my account number?

That Is usually a 9 digit number. If you have trouble please contact your bank and ask for the required information.

What is SSN/Personal ID number?

This is your social security number/ personal ID number.

How much do I earn?

You can redeem for DC vouchers at 100% earnings to spend on your wishlist or redeem to your bank for 80% earnings.

How long does it take to receive cash transfers?

USA/CA: 2business days depending on your bank

Other countries: 7 business days depending on your bank

Can I cash out my current DC vouchers?

Sadly, that Is not an option. You can only use them on your wishlist.

How do people send me money?

Just send them a link to your Wishlist and they can fill out the ‘Send a cash Gift’ form to the right.

How do I redeem my new gift voucher?

Go into your gift page from your dashboard: https://www.deliverycode.com/user/gifts

How do I see my gift voucher balance?

How do I spend my gift vouchers?

Just visit your wish list and click add by any item of your choice and follow the checkout process.

How do I edit my delivery address?

Click on edit profile button from your dashboard

Where do I see my wish list URL?

How I add a product?

Visit your list while logged in and click add product – here you enter in the URL. (Size, color, etc. do not link automatically)

Can I hide my purchased list from customers view?

No sadly this isn’t a feature right now.

How do I edit my wish list name?

Click the edit wish list name from the side navigation.

How do I manage my wish list?

From your wish list click on manage next to add a product

How do I see all the items bought for me?

How do I use the widget feature?

The widget is a cash gift widget which displays a tribute button, to use it visit your wish list and click my widget horizontal  or vertical and use the code provided on your website.

How do I share my wishlist?

Click on the share button above the add a product button. You can also copy your wishlist URL and copy and paste it onto your social media platforms.
